aisveta.com, give this consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator identified in section 1.
Consent is given by ticking the dedicated box next to the form and then pressing the submit button. These actions confirm that the consent is specific, informed, knowing and unambiguous (pt. 1 art. 9 of the Law).

2. The Data SubjectThe Data Subject is the person who has completed the contact form on the Website. The Data Subject is identified by the combination of information provided in the form together with the date, time and technical parameters of submission recorded by the Operator in accordance with section 10.
This Consent is given by the Data Subject personally. The Data Subject may not provide personal data of third parties through the form without a lawful basis for doing so.
3. Personal data covered by this Consent- name (or the name, pseudonym or nickname provided by the Data Subject);
- surname — if provided;
- e-mail address;
- telephone number and/or messenger handle (Telegram, WhatsApp or other);
- company name and job title — if provided;
- country and city — if provided;
- the content of the enquiry, including the description of the task, timescales, budget and other terms of the proposed engagement;
- information contained in any materials attached to the enquiry;
- the date and time of submission, IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the page from which the form was submitted, and the referral source.
A
name and one contact channel are required to submit the form. All other information is provided at the Data Subject’s discretion; withholding it does not prevent submission of the enquiry or its consideration by the Operator.
Special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, sex life) and
biometric personal data are not covered by this Consent and are not processed by the Operator.
4. Purposes of processingPersonal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- receipt, registration and consideration of the Data Subject’s enquiry;
- providing the Data Subject with a reply through the contact channel they have specified;
- negotiating a possible engagement and clarifying its terms and scope;
- preparing and sending a commercial proposal, estimate or statement of work;
- concluding, performing, amending and terminating a contract for the creation of audiovisual, graphic and other content, the provision of production services and related work;
- conducting business correspondence in the course of pre-contractual relations and performance of a contract;
- protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, including evidencing the fact and content of the enquiry in the event of a dispute.
Processing for any other purpose — including the promotion of goods, works or services and the sending of marketing or newsletter communications — is
not covered by this Consent.
5. Legal bases- clause 1 part 1 article 6 of the Law — consent of the Data Subject;
- clause 5 part 1 article 6 of the Law — processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party, and for entering into a contract at the Data Subject’s initiative;
- clause 7 part 1 article 6 of the Law — processing necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, provided that the rights and freedoms of the Data Subject are not thereby infringed.
6. Operations and methods of processingConsent is given to the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision of, access to) the persons identified in section 7, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
Processing is carried out by
mixed means — with and without the use of automation — including transmission over the internet to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Website and the receipt of enquiries.
Dissemination of personal data — that is, actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons — is
not covered by this Consent. Consent to dissemination under article 10.1 of the Law is given as a separate document.
7. ProcessorsThe Operator instructs the following person to process personal data submitted through the Website form, under a contract containing confidentiality and data security obligations (pt. 3 art. 6 of the Law):
Tilda Publishing JSC, TIN 9707041449, PSRN 1247700830354, 107031, Moscow, Petrovskiye Linii St. 2, unit 4/1 — hosting and operation of the Website, receipt and storage of enquiries submitted through the contact form.
The Operator remains liable to the Data Subject for the acts of that processor.
Personal data is disclosed to other third parties solely in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including in response to duly issued requests from state authorities.
8. Cross-border transfersNo cross-border transfer of personal data takes place under this Consent.The Operator uses software services whose servers may be located outside the Russian Federation, but the Data Subject’s personal data is not transferred to such services. Should the performance of a particular project require the transfer of information relating to the Data Subject outside the Russian Federation, such transfer will be carried out solely on the basis of separate written consent given in accordance with part 4 article 12 of the Law, specifying the name of the recipient and the state in which it is located.
9. Term of consent and retention periodsThis Consent is valid for
one (1) year from the date of the last interaction between the Data Subject and the Operator, or until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject, whichever occurs first.
Where a contract is concluded between the Data Subject and the Operator, processing of the personal data necessary for its performance continues for the term of the contract and for 3 years after its termination. Personal data contained in primary accounting and tax documents is retained for 5 years in accordance with part 1 article 29 of Federal Law No. 402-FZ of 6 December 2011 and clause 8 part 1 article 23 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Once the purposes of processing have been achieved or the above periods have expired, personal data is destroyed within 30 days.
10. How consent is given and recordedConsent is deemed given at the moment the Data Subject ticks the consent box and presses the submit button.
As evidence that consent was given, the Operator records and retains: the date and time of submission, the IP address and device parameters of the Data Subject, the version of this Consent in force at the time it was given, and the content of the submitted form.
The Consent is retained by the Operator for 3 years from the date processing ceases.
11. Withdrawal of consentThe Data Subject may withdraw this Consent at any time without giving reasons.
Withdrawal is effected by sending a free-form statement to the Operator’s e-mail address
svetlanaxxxxxxx@gmail.com or by post to the Operator’s address in section 1. The statement must permit identification of the Data Subject and indicate which enquiry or interaction it concerns.
Upon receipt of a withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing the Data Subject’s personal data and destroys it within
30 days, except for personal data that must be retained on another lawful basis — in particular data contained in accounting and tax documents and data necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator in the event of a dispute.
Withdrawal of consent has no adverse consequences for the Data Subject and is not a ground for the Operator to refuse to provide services.
12. Rights of the Data SubjectThe Data Subject is informed of the right to:
- obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data to the extent provided by part 7 article 14 of the Law;
- require the rectification, blocking or destruction of their personal data where it is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose;
- withdraw this Consent in accordance with section 11;
- object to processing in the cases provided by law;
- lodge a complaint against the acts or omissions of the Operator with the authorised body for the protection of data subjects’ rights (Roskomnadzor) or before a court;
- protection of their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for losses and moral harm through the courts.
A request from the Data Subject is considered and answered
within 10 business days of receipt. This period may be extended by no more than 5 business days, with a reasoned notice sent to the Data Subject.
13. Representations of the Data SubjectBy giving this Consent, the Data Subject confirms that they:
- are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity required to give consent;
- have provided accurate personal data belonging to them personally;
- where the enquiry contains personal data of third parties, have all necessary lawful grounds to transfer it to the Operator and have informed those persons of the transfer;
- have read the Privacy Policy published at http://aisveta.com/soglasie/eng;
- have been informed of the rights of data subjects under the Law and of the consequences of withdrawing consent;
- give this Consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest.
LanguageThis Consent has been drawn up in Russian and may be provided in other languages for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian version and a version in another language, the Russian version prevails.
